Data Encoder | Community Kidney Health Project • On-site | Project-Based | On-Call
Job Overview
We are looking for organized and reliable individuals to join our team as Data Encoders for community and health facility-based projects. In this role, you will help encode and organize health information collected during medical missions, community activities, and government health programs.
Data Encoders will work with both paper forms and digital files, ensuring data is complete, accurate, and properly recorded. This position is ideal for entry-level applicants who are computer-literate, willing to learn, and able to work carefully in fast-paced environments.
Projects may be conducted in:
- Barangay medical missions and community health caravans
- City or Provincial Health Offices
- Rural Health Units (RHUs)
- Barangay health centers, clinics, and hospitals
- Training and guidance will be provided.
Deployment Areas
Current project deployments are primarily located in:
- Quezon City
- Antipolo City
- Taytay, Rizal
- Makati City (office-based work)
Applicants will also be considered for a manpower pool for future projects and possible deployments in other cities and municipalities as project operations expand.
Skills:
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, data entry)
- Fast and accurate typing skills are required

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Encode information from paper forms and digital files into databases or spreadsheets
- Check forms for missing or incorrect information
- Coordinate with team members to correct incomplete entries
- Organize and maintain project records and files
- Help prepare simple reports and summaries
- Support field operations during medical missions or health activities
- Assist future staff or interns in learning basic encoding procedures when needed
Qualifications & Requirements:
- At least a Senior High School graduate
- College-level or vocational training is an advantage
- Experience in data entry, office work, or documentation is helpful but not required
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Detail-oriented and willing to learn
- Able to work on-site during community activities or health deployments
- Able to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
- Physically able to participate in field-based activities when needed
- Willing to follow data privacy and confidentiality rules
