Job Overview
The Intern Data Encoder will assist in encoding, organizing, and maintaining project-related data and documents. The role is ideal for students or recent graduates seeking practical experience in administrative and data management.
Skills:
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, data entry)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Good attention to detail
- Organized and willing to learn
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Encode and update data accurately in spreadsheets and databases
- Organize digital files and documents
- Check encoded data for errors or missing information
- Assist the team with administrative and documentation tasks
- Submit reports and updates as assigned
- Maintain the confidentiality of the company and project information
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Currently enrolled student or fresh graduate
- Physically based in the Philippines
- Preferably taking up courses related to Business, IT, Office Administration, Public Health, Allied Health, Medicine, Nursing, Statistics, or similar fi elds
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Has access to a laptop and a stable internet connection
- Willing to work in a hybrid setup
- Can render the required internship hours
