Makati City, Philippines — May 14, 2025

101 Health Research proudly marked a significant milestone with the inaugural session of the Innovidence International Internship (3i) program’s weekly “3i Hour.” This session brought together a dynamic cohort of interns from esteemed institutions, including three from the National University of Singapore (NUS) through the NUS Overseas Colleges partnership and one from the University of the Philippines-Diliman School of Statistics.

Held at the Makati office, the session was conducted via Zoom and led by Shehab Ibrahim, the 101 Health Research’s Data Scientist and Programmer. The focus was on Python programming and web scraping techniques, providing interns with essential tools for data analysis in health research.

Dr. Venus Oliva Cloma Rosales, MD, MPH, ME, Founder and Managing Director of 101 Health Research, expressed enthusiasm about the program’s relaunch, stating, “Our interns infuse new energy and perspectives into our work, embodying the spirit of innovation that drives our mission forward.”

The 3i program, relaunched post-pandemic, aims to foster international collaboration and equip aspiring health researchers with practical skills. The interns will engage in various projects until July, contributing to the organization’s commitment to advancing health research and data science.
