Getting Started

1. I don’t have a research protocol yet. Can I still avail your services?

Yes! We can help you develop a research question, study objectives, and an initial protocol. We recommend setting a Zoom appointment with our team here. If you don’t see a convenient time slot, just email us and we’ll fit you right in.

2. I have a partial protocol but need assistance with sample size calculation or choosing statistical tests. Can you help?

Absolutely. Computing sample sizes and conducting biostatistical analyses are at the core of what we do. We’ll also refine your study design so that your objectives, data collection, and analyses align. Send your protocol to our email, and we’ll provide a formal estimate.

3. I already have data and need statistical analysis. Can you help me?

Yes! Please email your research protocol (or a brief overview) to hello@101healthresearch.com, and we’ll be in touch about the next steps.

Turnaround Times & Rush Services

4. What is your typical turnaround time for research services?

Our standard turnaround time is 3–7 working days for research plans and statistical analyses. More complex requests, such as survey development or big data handling, may take longer.

5. Do you offer rush services?

Yes, we do—often with an additional priority service fee. Rush usually means completing the work in under 3 working days.

6. How much do your services cost?

You can check our Appointment Page for our prevailing rates. Each project can vary depending on scope and complexity, so feel free to reach out for a custom quote.

7. Do you offer discounts?

Yes! We provide discounted rates for trainees, graduate students, and research groups/departments. Please email hello@101healthresearch.com to discuss.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

Right now, we accept bank transfers, GCash, and Paypal.

Our office is at Suite 910, 9th Floor, Medical Plaza Makati, Amorsolo Street, Legaspi Village, Makati City. We also accept online appointments via Zoom for your convenience.

11. Do you offer lectures, workshops, or courses on research?

Yes. We tailor-fit learning activities to your objectives, specialty, schedule, and budget. Visit our Services page for details.

12. Do you offer medical writing or editing services?

Yes, we provide writing/editing as an add-on for our research and statistics packages. We adhere to ICMJE authorship criteria; we typically assist with Methods, Results, Ethical Considerations, Consent Forms, and Data Collection Tools.

13. Do you accept clients outside Metro Manila or the Philippines?

Absolutely! We work with researchers worldwide, using Zoom and online collaboration tools.
